A.J. Precision, Inc. is owned and operated by Wade Austin. Wade has 30+ years’ experience programming, operating, and managing machine shops. Wade graduated from the Westfield Vocation Technical High School’s Machine Tech program in 1986 and had worked for many machine shops before starting his own company in 2003. Wade’s daughter, Nicole, runs the office and occasionally the machines. Son, Matthew, helps run the shop floor and machines. Nicole and Matt are also graduates of WVTH. We pride ourselves on teaching the younger generation to be involved and stay interested in the machine industry.
